Darby Dental Supply, LLC. is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to work remotely from Guilderland Center, NY. The role focuses on outbound prospecting, qualifying dental practices, and opening new customer accounts with a base plus commission structure.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years in sales or customer-facing roles, strong communication skills, and a comfort with high-volume outbound activity. Training is provided and state residency requirements apply.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 0-2 years of sales, customer service, or other customer-facing experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional phone presence.
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume outbound environment and handle frequent rejection.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated home workspace.
• Ability to travel to tradeshows and meetings as needed.
