Darby Dental Supply, LLC is seeking driven individuals for a fully remote Sales Development Representative role. No dental, medical, or healthcare experience is required; training is provided.

The position focuses on outbound prospecting, opening new dental customer accounts, and building a CRM-driven pipeline. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred) and strong communication skills.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 0-2 years of sales, customer service, or other customer-facing experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional phone presence.
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume outbound cold calling environment and the resilience to handle frequent rejection and keep going.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated home workspace.
• Ability to travel to tradeshows and meetings as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and open new customer accounts through outbound calls, emails, and text outreach.
• Identify and engage key decision-makers within dental practices.
• Qualify prospects and uncover business needs.
• Present Darby's products, services, and value proposition.
• Generate first orders and new customer accounts.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Demonstrate the ability to overcome sales objections and follow up persistently with prospects.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals.
• Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and team members in a virtual environment.
