Qualifications

• 3+ years in K-12 education or 1+ year in inside sales with K-12 EdTech interest
• Strong communication and ability to tailor messages to districts
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Salesloft, or Outreach.io
• Legally authorized to work in the US; background check required

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via email cadences and daily calls to school decision-makers
• Qualify district needs and transfer qualified leads to Account Executives
• Collaborate with Account Executives to align on territory strategy and outreach
• Maintain CRM hygiene and analyze data to prioritize active leads
• Contribute to process improvements and share best practices with the SDR team
