You will drive pipeline growth by scheduling qualified meetings for senior sales executives through high-volume outreach and strategic prospect engagement. Fully remote across international teams with ongoing support from Huzzle.

Qualifications

• Proven experience selling staffing or recruitment services.
• Successful track record in high-volume outbound sales.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Proficiency in English (business level).
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Pipedrive preferred) and ZoomInfo.

Responsibilities

• Make 100–120 outbound calls daily to HR leaders, staffing firms, and recruitment agencies.
• Schedule 10–15 qualified sales appointments weekly.
• Maintain CRM records in Pipedrive with up-to-date data.
• Research prospects using ZoomInfo to identify high-value leads.
• Collaborate with senior executives for smooth handoffs of qualified opportunities.
