Yuno is seeking a Sales Development Representative to unlock merchant opportunities for our payment infrastructure across industries and markets. This frontline role emphasizes identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospects, and opening doors for growth.

You will move quickly, understand local contexts, tailor outreach, and build meaningful relationships that fuel long-term commercial opportunities in a fast-growing fintech.

Qualifications

• English & Spanish fluency is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience of 1–2 years in Sales Development or Business Development.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales tools—Salesloft, Apollo, and Salesforce—is a plus.
• Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential merchant prospects through research and networking.
• Initiate and maintain outbound communications with prospects, qualifying needs.
• Present Yuno's payment solutions and articulate value propositions.
• Collaborate with product and technical teams to tailor solutions.
• Execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets and manage pipelines.
• Maintain accurate records of activities and client interactions in the CRM.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor moves.
