Job summary

Yuno is hiring aForward Deploy Engineer for a remote, North America-based role. You will bridge technical architecture and commercial goals, delivering tailored demonstrations, API integrations, and PoCs while working with the Commercial team in Brazil.

You’ll dig into REST APIs, SDKs, and payment orchestration to show why our stack fits client needs and drive deals. You’ll collaborate with Product and Engineering, respond to tech questions during the sales cycle, and help shape the roadmap

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or similar role in payments/fintech.
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks and testing tools.
• Programming knowledge in Python or JavaScript to build samples.
• Understanding of payment security standards (PCI DSS, tokenization, 3DS).
• Ability to communicate complex tech to non-technical audiences.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the sales team to understand customer's technical requirements and deliver tailored, code-level product demonstrations
• Design and execute custom API integrations and proof-of-concept environments based on each client's specific tech stack and use cases
• Respond to technical queries throughout the sales process — covering API architecture, authentication, webhooks, and data flows
• Build and maintain sandbox environments, sample code, and Postman collections to accelerate prospect technical evaluation
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to relay field feedback on API design and developer experience
• Lead and contribute to RFP/RFI responses and all technical documentation — architecture diagrams, integration guides, and security questionnaires
• Troubleshoot integration issues in real time during technical evaluations
• Build credibility with technical and non-technical stakeholders by communicating complex payment orchestration concepts
• Identify patterns across prospects' objections to surface insights for better selling and product building
