Qualifications

• 1+ years in sales development or related role.
• Proven ability to handle high-volume outreach and meet activity targets.
• Basic understanding of cloud/DevOps concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with CRM systems and outreach tools.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• High energy with a growth mindset for a fast-paced startup.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via email, phone, LinkedIn to generate qualified leads.
• Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers.
• Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns based on ICP fit.
• Schedule discovery calls and demos for Account Executives.
• Maintain records in CRM, track pipeline and lead status.
• Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and campaigns.
• Meet monthly quotas for meetings, opportunities, pipeline.
