NeuBird AI in the San Francisco Bay Area is seeking a founding Sales Development Representative to drive early growth. You will open conversations with engineering and platform leaders, tell a differentiated story, and build a qualified pipeline that fuels the business.

You'll report to the Head of Sales Development and collaborate with marketing and account executives. This is a high-impact, equity-friendly role with clear growth paths as the team scales.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ year of sales development or related customer-facing experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication for a technical buyer.
• Comfort with high-volume outbound and persistence through a 'no'.

• Run targeted outbound across email, phone, and social to engineering, platform, DevOps, and SRE buyers.
• Qualify inbound interest from campaigns and events, and book meetings that turn into pipeline.
• Research accounts and personalize outreach to a technical audience.
• Partner with marketing on messaging and with account executives on account strategy.
• Keep your pipeline and activity clean and current in the CRM, and share what's working so the whole team gets better.
• Consistently hit and exceed meeting and pipeline targets.
