Job summary

Össur seeks an Empower Sales Development Representative to independently manage the early-stage EmpowerX sales pipeline and identify high-potential accounts across an assigned market. You will analyze market opportunities, develop account-specific strategies, and coordinate with Empower leadership to optimize the early-stage funnel.

You will generate leads, manage outreach, and hand off qualified opportunities to Business Solutions Managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years in consultative business development, healthcare technology sales, SaaS sales or related fields.
• Experience identifying target accounts and developing account strategies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze assigned market and identify top prospective accounts.
• Generate new leads through account research, outbound prospecting, networks, referrals, conferences, and digital channels.
• Develop account-specific prospecting strategies and outreach plans.
