Job summary

Rallyware, Inc. is seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative/Business Development Representative to drive qualification and pipeline generation for Direct Selling, Retail and Brands in the US market.

You will manage high-volume, phone-first outreach with 100+ dials daily, require native Spanish and fluent English (C1/C2), 2–4+ years of B2B SaaS SDR/BDR experience, and familiarity with HubSpot or Salesforce. Remote role with clear growth paths.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of B2B SaaS SDR/BDR experience.
• Native Spanish.
• C1/C2 spoken English.
• Strong hands-on cold-calling experience.
• Experience with outbound, inbound, and/or intent-based leads.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot and/or Salesforce.
• Strong CRM discipline and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Own global qualification and pipeline generation across Direct Selling, Retail, and Brands for inbound, intent, and website leads.
• Execute fast lead response and targeted outbound into named accounts.
• Maintain phone-first outreach with a minimum of 100 live dials per day.
• Meet monthly targets: 12 booked meetings and 4 sales-accepted opportunities.
• Route leads accurately and handoff to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain clean CRM records and report weekly on metrics.
