Job summary

Össur seeks an Empower Sales Development Representative to grow the early-stage EmpowerX pipeline in the United States. You will research accounts, craft prospecting strategies, and conduct discovery calls to qualify opportunities for the Empower sales team.

You will hand off qualified opportunities to the Business Solutions Manager and work with cross-functional teams to hit targets. Remote-eligible in the US; travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years in consultative business development, healthcare technology, SaaS or medical sales.
• Experience using CRM data to prioritize work and forecast opportunities.
• Clear written and verbal communication with professional phone and email presence.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize prospective EmpowerX accounts with strongest potential.
• Generate new leads through research, outreach, referrals, and digital channels.
• Develop and adjust account-specific prospecting strategies and follow-up plans.
• Own a portfolio of EmpowerX accounts with pipeline priorities and early-stage forecasting.
• Coordinate with Business Solutions Managers, Area Managers, Marketing, and Sales Leadership to advance opportunities.
