Job summary

AlphaPoint is seeking a Sales Development Representative to own the top of the funnel. You will research, qualify, and book meetings for Account Executives by engaging analysts and decision-makers in digital asset infrastructure.

This is a remote role in the US or LATAM. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in outbound prospecting or SDR/BDR roles within crypto, fintech, or financial services, and excel at clear communication.

Qualifications

• Digital asset market knowledge and ability to explain infrastructure buyers.
• 1–3 years of outbound prospecting or SDR/BDR experience in relevant sectors.
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior executives.
• Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles and CRM hygiene.
• Self-directed, resilient, and able to handle high activity.

Responsibilities

• Outbound prospecting: build target lists and run personalized outreach.
• Lead qualification: assess fit, need, timing, and buying authority.
• Meeting booking and handoff: brief AEs with context and pain points.
• Nurture: keep warm accounts until ready for sales conversation.
• Campaign support: drive registrations for AlphaPoint events and campaigns.
• CRM discipline: log activity, keep data clean, report weekly on metrics.
• Hit your numbers: own monthly targets for meetings and pipeline.
