Job summary

AlphaPoint is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to own the top of the funnel. You will research and prospect companies needing digital asset infrastructure, qualify them, and book meetings for Account Executives.

You’ll work closely with sales and marketing to turn target lists into a predictable pipeline. You must understand the crypto and digital asset market and speak credibly with Heads of Digital Assets, CTOs, or COOs.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years outbound prospecting or SDR/BDR experience in crypto, digital assets, fintech, or financial services.
• Strong written and verbal communication that earns replies from senior executives.
• Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles and consultative selling.
• Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM and sales tools; keep pipeline clean.
• Self-directed, resilient, and comfortable with high activity and fast-changing markets.

Responsibilities

• Outbound prospecting to build target account lists and engage decision-makers.
• Qualify inbound/outbound leads against fit, need, timing, and buying authority.
• Book qualified meetings for Account Executives and brief them on account context.
• Nurture accounts until they are ready for a sales conversation.
• Drive registrations and follow-up for AlphaPoint events and campaigns.
• Maintain CRM discipline and report weekly on activity and pipeline.
