Job summary

Buildxact, a construction-management SaaS company, seeks a Sales Development Representative for North America. You will generate qualified opportunities for SMB AE teams, work remotely, and be based in the Austin, TX, or Atlanta, GA area.

You’ll blend outbound prospecting with AI-powered research and discovery conversations to drive qualified pipeline. Success is measured by the number of opportunities created and ARR; you’ll hand off to AEs with solid discovery notes and ICP alignment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Lead Generation, or B2B SaaS.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly across industries and personas.

Responsibilities

• Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns across phone, email, LinkedIn and video.
• Prioritize outreach using intent data, triggers and buying signals.
• Use AI-powered tools to accelerate research and personalize outreach.
• Conduct structured discovery to understand builder needs and goals.
• Deliver introductory product walkthroughs when appropriate.
• Partner with Account Executives for seamless handoffs and clean notes.
• Maintain accurate CRM records in Salesforce and Outreach workflows.
• Continuously test messaging and share insights with teams.
• Report on pipeline, conversion rates, and sourced ARR.
• Gather competitive insights and ICP trends to refine outreach.
