Soulside AI is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound prospecting in the US. You will work directly with the CEO and Director of Partnerships to identify, engage, and qualify behavioral health organizations, building a strong pipeline for a fast-moving startup.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in a sales, BD, or customer-facing role in healthcare.
• Strong written and verbal communication—clear, human, no filler.
• Interest in behavioral health or mission-driven startups.
• A resilient, self-directed mindset—you manage your own cadence.
• Coachability and a drive to improve.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute outbound sequences across behavioral health organizations.
• Research high-fit prospects and personalize outreach—email, phone, LinkedIn.
• Qualify inbound interest and route conversations to leadership.
• Maintain clean pipeline data in CRM and contribute to weekly reviews.
• Support conference and event follow-up as Soulside's industry presence grows.
