Soulside AI in the United States is seeking an Account Executive to drive growth selling a platform that improves documentation quality, compliance, and payer readiness for behavioral health programs.

You will lead discovery with clinical, compliance, and finance teams, build a healthy pipeline, forecast accurately, and partner with clinical leadership to demonstrate tangible outcomes. This remote role offers meaningful equity and growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle, quota-carrying sales experience in healthcare or behavioral health.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets with multi-stakeholder sales processes.
• Strong communication with clinical and finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle sales into behavioral health organizations—from first conversation through close.
• Run discovery with clinical, compliance, and finance stakeholders and tailor the case.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline with accurate forecasts and clean CRM data.
• Partner with clinical leadership to demonstrate impact on documentation quality and denials.
• Help define our sales motion and playbooks as we scale.
• Represent Soulside at conferences and industry events.
