Kimoby is looking for an SDR to call dealerships across North America, start conversations, and book meetings for the sales team. This fast-paced role offers coaching to grow your tech sales career and a focus on results.

You’ll connect with general managers, qualify opportunities, and own your activity metrics. Training and growth are emphasized in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Has some customer-facing experience: sales, retail, restaurants, call centres, coaching, etc.
• Is a true hunter: competitive and driven by results.
• Is curious and asks why to understand.
• Bounces back fast and keeps going after a no.
• Is coachable and acts on feedback.
• Brings energy to the team and shares successful approaches.

Responsibilities

• Connect with Service and General Managers at dealerships across North America to understand challenges and show Kimoby’s value.
• Reach 50 to 60 prospects a day by phone, voicemail, and email.
• Qualify opportunities through consultative conversations focusing on revenue, efficiency and retention.
• Book qualified meetings and manage the pipeline in HubSpot.
• Own daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals and track results.
• Develop deep knowledge of our product and the automotive industry for credibility.
