Job summary

Affinitiv, a leading provider of data-driven marketing and software solutions for the automotive lifecycle, is hiring a Sales Development Representative in the United States. You will be the first line of engagement with dealership prospects, identifying opportunities and setting high-quality meetings for the field sales team.

The role supports a fast-moving SaaS environment with measurable activity, pipeline creation, and quota goals.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in SDR/BDR or inside sales in SaaS or automotive dealership tech preferred.
• Strong communication, resilience, and ability to break through gatekeepers.
• CRM experience with Salesforce; exposure to Outreach/ZoomInfo/HubSpot or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify inbound and outbound leads across dealer groups and OEM-approved dealerships.
• Engage dealership leaders (GMs, GSMs, Fixed Ops Directors, Service Managers, BDC Managers) via phone, email, LinkedIn, and texting.
• Conduct high-impact discovery to uncover pain points related to digital marketing, service lane performance, retention, and vehicle acquisition.
• Book demos and create qualified opportunities for District Sales Managers and Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate CRM records in Salesforce and meet weekly activity/pipeline KPIs.
