Job summary

Slang AI is hiring a Sales Development Representative to drive growth in the restaurant tech space. You will research restaurant operators, craft compelling outreach, and initiate conversations with decision-makers.

The role is fully remote with travel for HQ/offsites and events. You will work with the regional Sales Director, AEs, and Marketing to refine messaging, sequence strategies, and outreach quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound sales, with demonstrated cold-calling and SDR/BDR work.
• Strong verbal and written communication to engage prospects.
• Competitive mindset with data-driven approach.
• Process-oriented with adaptability and coachability.
• Preferred SaaS or hospitality tech experience; familiarity with sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research restaurant operators matching our ICP to build a qualified pipeline.
• Execute high-volume outbound outreach: 100+ touches daily and 5+ new prospects.
• Set 40+ qualified appointments per month (3+ locations) and hand off to AEs.
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and messaging.
• Use AI tools to improve sequences, subject lines, and opener messaging.
