You will identify and qualify prospects through digital channels, reach decision-makers by email, LinkedIn, and phone, and hand off meetings to our Sales Managers. This role offers autonomy, fast decisions, and a remote-first environment with room to grow.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales and outbound calling.
- Excellent communication in German and English.

- Passion for mechanical engineering/manufacturing or digital sales.
Responsibilities
- Actively identify and generate leads through digital channels.
- Acquire potential new customers via digital platforms.
- Reach out to decision-makers via email, LinkedIn, and especially by phone.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for our Sales Managers.
- Work closely with our Sales and Business Development team.
- Contribute to expanding our customer base and improving processes.
