Qualifications

• Prior outbound B2B sales experience with a track record of securing new business meetings.
• Comfortable operating and iterating on AI-assisted workflows and automation tools.
• Curiosity, asking insightful questions and developing solutions.
• Self-motivated, thriving in a team or independent setting.
• Effective time management to handle a high volume of leads.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential leads and target market using AI tools and workflows.
• Engage in outbound activities: cold calling, emailing, and social outreach.
• Implement personalized outreach campaigns with AI workflows to maximize conversions.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to share prospect feedback and market trends.
• Refine outreach strategies based on data and feedback loops.
• Monitor KPIs like conversion rates and lead quality; report findings to sales leadership.
