ElevenLabs is seeking a Sales Development Lead to guide our growing SDR team and scale outbound prospecting across markets. You will shape pipeline strategy, collaborate with Account Executives, and drive high-velocity growth using AI-enabled approaches.

You’ll help expand into new segments, coach a dynamic team, and implement scalable outbound processes. This remote-first role values builders who thrive in fast-paced tech environments and aspire to long-term impact.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in sales or business development with 1–2 years in a management role.
• Proven track record of closing deals.
• Experience with outbound prospecting to technical/enterprise buyers.
• Deep AI fluency and builder mindset.
• Experience leading SDR/BDR teams in fast-growth tech environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of SDRs with plans for continued headcount growth
• Foster go-to-market experimentation as we expand across customer segments and global markets
• Inspire a team culture of curiosity, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Use data and tooling to continuously optimize strategy and supersede impact metrics
• Establish and refine scalable processes for outbound prospecting, qualification, and AE handoff
• Build onboarding, enablement, and coaching frameworks that set your team up for long-term success
• Partner with Account Executives and sales leadership to align on pipeline targets and performance metrics
