Job summary

JotPsych is expanding from note-taking into the full revenue cycle and seeks a flexible, phone-heavy role. You’ll prospect behavioral health providers in short blocks, qualify leads, and hand them off to a salesperson.

The schedule is self-set with emphasis on measurable outcomes and a mix of 4-hour blocks and occasional longer shifts. The role focuses on outbound outreach, lead qualification, pipeline development, and collaboration with Account Executives, with CRM and Google Workspace

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of sales, customer-facing, or phone-heavy experience.
• Empathetic listener, confident communicator.
• Resilient. No means you’re back on the phone quickly.
• Organized with the ability to manage follow-ups.
• Comfortable with the basics. CRMs (HubSpot or Salesforce), Google Workspace.
• Curious about healthcare and behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Outbound prospecting: calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages to behavioral health providers.
• Lead qualification: surface pain points and capture clean notes in the CRM.
• Pipeline building: hit weekly targets and test new outreach approaches.
• Team collaboration: clean hand-offs to Account Executives and share what’s working.
