Job summary

JotPsych, a software company serving behavioral health clinicians, is seeking a flexible sales-focused role. You’ll build the top of the funnel by making targeted calls, qualifying leads, and handing them off to Account Executives.

Hours are self-directed, with outcomes measured and four-hour bursts to fit busy schedules. You’ll prospect four hours here, two hours there, and adapt to shifts like morning, evenings, or weekends.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in sales or customer-facing roles, especially phone-heavy work.
• Empathetic listening and confident communication to build rapport quickly.
• Resilience and ability to bounce back after rejection.
• Strong organization to manage follow-ups with a flexible schedule.
• Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot or Salesforce) and Google Workspace.
• Interest in healthcare/behavioral health is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Outbound prospecting to behavioral health providers via calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages.
• Qualify leads and capture clean notes in the CRM; hand off to Account Executives.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline; hit weekly targets and patterns.
• Collaborate with the team to share successful scripts and iterate outreach approaches.
