Job summary

AptarGroup, Inc. is seeking a Sales Development Representative to support the Distribution team in Closures North America. You will drive the sales development process, manage quotes and samples, and coordinate with internal teams to accelerate opportunities.

As an SDR, you will gain experience in the fast-paced CPG industry, expand Aptar's product knowledge, and lead CRM trainings while growing small accounts and promoting our online ordering portal.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience.
• College or university degree, Engineering or Business preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office, internet software, and email.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Manage requests for quotes, samples, and development of sales opportunities.
• Deliver high levels of customer service and resolve issues.
• Own small accounts and grow them within the program.
• Expand product knowledge and develop selling skills via trainings.
• Serve as key CRM user and collaborate with global teams to improve the system.
