Job summary

INGENIOUS.BUILD is hiring a dedicated SDR/BDR to open doors with owners, developers, and owner's reps in complex construction projects. You will be first line outbound and set the pace for the sales team.

You'll build outbound campaigns, research target accounts, and craft personalized emails, LinkedIn messages, and calls to generate qualified conversations. This fully remote role offers equity, health benefits, unlimited PTO.

Qualifications

• SDR/BDR experience with outbound motions in B2B software.
• Comfort with high-volume cold calls and emails.
• Proficient with CRM and outbound sales tools.
• Clear written and verbal communication; articulate value quickly.
• Self-directed, able to self-manage daily outbound activity.

Responsibilities

• Build and run outbound prospecting campaigns targeting owners, developers, and GCs.
• Research target accounts and contacts within complex orgs.
• Write and send personalized outbound emails, LinkedIn messages, and cold calls.
• Qualify inbound/outbound leads against ICP criteria.
• Book meetings for account executives and track through to handoff.
• Maintain accurate outreach records in HubSpot.
• Test and iterate on messaging based on feedback.
