Job summary

Correlation One is seeking the founding Sales Development Representative to drive enterprise growth across the United States and EMEA. You will own outbound prospecting for US-based Fortune 500 companies, building strategic relationships with senior leaders to generate qualified opportunities and fuel revenue.

You will develop systematic prospecting processes, test messaging, and optimize outreach while collaborating with Sales and Marketing leadership to stay at the forefront of AI workforce

Qualifications

• Must be highly self-motivated, disciplined and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Scrappy, resilient and comfortable in a metrics-driven sales culture.
• Organized and process-oriented with strong attention to detail.
• Fluent, professional-level English with the ability to engage senior US executives.

Responsibilities

• Own outbound prospecting into US-based enterprise accounts (1,000+ employees).
• Generate qualified meetings and opportunities via cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement.
• Build and manage a high-quality pipeline in partnership with the Sales Development Director.
• Meet and exceed quarterly opportunity generation and advancement goals.
• Maintain meticulous activity tracking and account intelligence in Salesforce.
