Sur Global is seeking a Business Development Representative to initiate contact with brands on a fast-growing influencer marketing platform. You will consult on platform offerings and convert engaged users into qualified sales opportunities in a high-velocity environment.

The role requires experience in SDR/BDR, with strong English, data-driven outreach, and the ability to work remotely from LatAm. You will collaborate with Account Executives and continuously refine PQL scoring while maintaining

Qualificações

• C1-C2 level English required for daily calls and outreach.
• 1–3+ years in SDR/BDR or fast-paced customer-facing role.
• Comfort with high activity volume and quick, consultative conversations.
• Clear, concise written communication; capable of two-line emails.
• Curiosity about data; able to read usage signals to decide outreach.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily queue of product-qualified leads (PQLs) via email, phone and LinkedIn.
• Achieve 40–80 calls per day to qualify key leads.
• Run short discovery sessions to connect brand goals with subscription features.
• Provide quick assistance and troubleshoot user questions.
• Test outreach timing, messaging and offers; report results.
• Collaborate directly with Account Executives.
• Feed back signals to sharpen PQL scoring.
• Keep HubSpot CRM accurate and up to date.
• As time permits, outreach to MQLs and cold outreach to good-fit brands.
