Job summary

Solera in Westlake, Texas, is seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our fast-paced team. You will be the first point of contact for dealership prospects, focusing on our CRM and iDMS platforms and qualifying opportunities for Account Executives.

Expect heavy outbound activity and collaboration with Marketing and Product to ensure lead quality. You will maintain data integrity in Salesforce and Outreach while driving a robust sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of achieving goals and quotas.
• Ability to be a team player in a fast-paced, high-activity, inside sales-oriented environment.
• Confidence to prospect and develop new sales leads through cold calling and outbound outreach.
• Strong interest in the automotive industry and the technology challenges faced by independent dealers.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Comfortable with sales technology, specifically Salesforce and Outreach.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and Lead Generation: Build sales pipeline for CRM and iDMS platforms.
• Campaign Execution: Partner with Marketing and Product on outbound campaigns.
• Activity & Targets: Meet monthly and quarterly call and pipeline goals.
• Opportunity Creation: Generate qualified SQLs for Account Executives.
• Collaboration: Work with sales operations on reporting and handoffs.
• CRM & Tool Discipline: Maintain Salesforce and Outreach data integrity.
