Job summary

Kobie, a leader in loyalty solutions, is seeking a Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our remote-first team. You will help shift left, automate tests, and improve reliability across our customer loyalty platform.

You will collaborate with developers, implement tests using Selenium, JUnit, and Cypress, and contribute to performance and API testing. The ideal candidate has 0–3 years of experience and a BS in CS or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of experience as a software developer or software tester.
• BS in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Familiar with white box, black box, unit, integration testing.
• Production software coding experience in at least one language.

Responsibilities

• Enable teams by providing a robust quality program and tooling.
• Automate tests to shift left and improve quality metrics.
• Guide engineering on continuous improvement.
• Support teams to test their own code with tooling and education.
• Deliver measurable quality progress and confidence to stakeholders.
