Job summary

We seek a software engineer in test to advance our quality program, automate tests, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reliability and performance across our loyalty platform.

Ideal candidates will have 0-3 years of relevant experience, a CS degree or equivalent, and hands-on automation with modern tooling. Remote-friendly role with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years experience as a software developer, Software Developer in Test, or a similar role.
• BS in Computer Science or equivalent, or analogous work experience.
• Fluency in software testing methodologies: white box, black box, unit, integration, functional, performance, etc.
• Bias toward automation over manual testing with proven automation of complex software tests.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks listed in the job requirements.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices and with SDLC and agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Enable teams by supplying an environment and knowledge for a robust quality program.
• Execute tests by applying appropriate testing methods to improve reliability.
• Guide the software engineering team on the continuous improvement journey.
• Equip engineering teams to test their own code through tooling, pilots, and education.
• Show continual software quality progress and build confidence among stakeholders.
