As a software quality engineer, you will drive testing strategies, automate where appropriate, and mentor teams to improve code quality and performance. Flexible remote work is available with opportunities to travel for key events.

Qualifications

• BS or higher in CS or equivalent required or demonstrated experience.
• Experience with white/black box, unit, integration, functional, and performance testing.
• Proven automation experience with enterprise-grade test suites.
• Strong programming skills in Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.

Responsibilities

• Enable teams by providing a robust quality program and testing environment.
• Automate tests and push for quality metrics across the SDLC.
• Guide engineering on continuous improvement and testing tooling adoption.
• Empower teams to test their code through tooling, pilots, and education.
• Show ongoing progress to stakeholders with measurable quality outcomes.
