Qualifications

• 0-3 years experience as a software developer, Software Developer in Test, or similar role.
• BS in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Fluency in software testing methodologies: white box, black box, unit, integration, functional, performance.

Responsibilities

• Enable teams by providing environment and knowledge for a robust quality program.
• Execute tests where appropriate to raise quality.
• Shift left on quality, automate tests, and improve key metrics.
• Guide engineering teams on continuous improvement in testing practices.
• Help teams thoroughly test their own code through tooling, advocacy, and education.
