Qualifications

• Fluency in modern software testing methodologies (white/black box, unit, integration, functional, performance).
• Bias toward automation over manual testing with an automation track record in enterprise environments.
• Experience with proven testing frameworks and curiosity for state-of-the-art tools.
• Production software coding experience required.
• Strong programming skills in Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.

Responsibilities

• Enable teams by providing environment and knowledge for robust quality programs.
• Perform tests and drive automation initiatives to shift left.
• Guide the software engineering team on continuous improvement journey.
• Enable teams to test their own code via tooling, advocacy, and education.
• Track and report on quality metrics to stakeholders and clients.
