You will enable engineering teams by providing an environment and knowledge to run a robust quality program while you execute tests and advance automation. Join a remote-first team headquartered in St.

Petersburg, FL, with flexible work options and travel as needed. You will help shift left, raise quality metrics, and collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver reliable software

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent, or related work experience.
• 0–3 years experience as a software developer or similar.
• Fluency in software testing methodologies: white box, black box, unit, integration, performance.
• Bias toward automation over manual testing with automation track record.
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Cypress, Playwright, Cucumber, Karate).
• Strong programming skills in Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
• Understanding SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Enable teams by providing environment and knowledge to run a robust quality program.
• Execute tests where appropriate; you are a software engineer first, a quality practitioner second.
• Shift left on quality and automate tests to improve metrics.
• Guide our software engineering team on continuous improvement.
• Enable engineering teams to test their own code through tooling, piloting, advocacy, and education.
• Show continual software quality progress, leading to high confidence among stakeholders.
