Job summary

Revvity, Inc. is seeking a Scientific Sales Specialist to drive growth in US remote territories.

The role combines scientific credibility with consultative selling to address customer needs and expand our reagent portfolio across pharmaceutical, biotech, CRO, and academic customers. The successful candidate will engage researchers, translational teams, and drug discovery leaders while managing prospecting, pipeline, and territory planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Science or Natural Science disciplines required.
• 3+ years of successful sales experience within life sciences, biotechnology, diagnostics, laboratory tools, reagents, instrumentation, or related scientific markets.
• 3+ years of experience with CRM platforms and digital selling tools to manage customer engagement, opportunity progression, forecasting, and territory execution.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute territory business plans to deliver revenue and growth targets.
• Prospect and develop new business opportunities across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, and academic research accounts.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through targeted account engagement and lead generation.
• Launch account growth strategies to expand penetration within existing customers and win new business.
• Understand customers’ scientific workflows to identify adjacent applications and expand adoption across targets and sites.
• Maintain accurate forecasting, opportunity management, and CRM records.
• Navigate complex buying processes involving scientists, procurement, and executives.
