Job summary

E-Therapy is seeking a remote School Speech-Language Pathologist to support K-12 students nationwide from Arizona. The role offers flexible caseload building and a starting rate of $50/hour, with 100% remote work and a collaborative team environment.

You'll conduct assessments, develop goals, provide direct therapy, and participate in IEPs, using evidence-based methods and AAC knowledge. E-therapy emphasizes growth and flexibility for this upcoming school year.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Current ASHA certification.
• Passionate about working with K-12 students in a virtual setting.
• Experience providing speech-language therapy services in a school or pediatric setting.
• Proficiency in assessment tools and therapeutic techniques used in pediatric SLP.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate with students, parents and school staff.
• Experience in teletherapy (preferred).
• Knowledge of AAC systems and other assistive technology (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication abilities.
• Develop individualized therapy plans and goals based on assessment results and students' needs.
• Provide direct therapy services to students addressing articulation, phonology, language, fluency and pragmatics.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents and the educational team to support goals in classroom settings.
• Incorporate evidence-based techniques and activities to promote development.
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Document therapy sessions and progress in a timely manner.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on speech-language needs.
