Job summary

E-Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team, serving PreK-12 students with remote or on-site opportunities in Arizona. You will provide comprehensive speech and language therapy and collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists.

The role requires a Master’s in SLP, AZ licensure or eligibility, and ASHA certification; teletherapy experience is preferred. Competitive pay, flexible schedules, and strong cross-license support are available.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid AZ state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
• ASHA Certification is required.
• Experience delivering SLP services in school or pediatric settings.
• Teletherapy experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of AAC and assistive technology used in SLP.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication abilities.
• Develop individualized therapy plans and goals based on assessment results.
• Provide direct therapy across articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatics.
• Collaborate with teachers and families to support IEP goals.
• Incorporate evidence-based techniques into therapy sessions.
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
• Document therapy sessions and progress.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on needs.
