Job summary

E-Therapy is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join our remote team serving PreK-12 students in Pennsylvania. You will conduct assessments, design individualized plans, and deliver therapy via telepractice to support articulation, language, and communication goals.

The position emphasizes collaboration with teachers and families, documentation, and ongoing progress monitoring, with favorable flexible scheduling and a focus on student impact.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Current ASHA certification required.
• Experience working with K-12 students in a virtual setting.
• Experience in school or pediatric settings with teletherapy preferred.
• Knowledge of AAC and assistive technology.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication abilities.
• Develop individualized therapy plans and goals based on assessment results and students' needs.
• Provide direct therapy services to students targeting articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatics.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support communication goals.
• Document therapy sessions, progress notes, and IEP input.
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to reports.
