Job summary

E-Therapy is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team serving PreK-12 students. The role is 100% remote or on-site in Arizona, with licensure support if needed and cross-license opportunities to expand qualifications.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's in SLP, current ASHA certification, and licensed or eligible status. Experience in school or pediatric settings and teletherapy is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP.
• ASHA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication abilities.
• Develop individualized therapy plans and goals based on assessment results and students' needs.
• Provide direct therapy services to students, targeting articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatic skills.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support students' goals.
• Document therapy sessions and progress; participate in IEP meetings.
