Job summary

E-Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join a dynamic team serving PreK-12 in a virtual setting with optional on-site opportunities. The role offers full-time hours (37.5/wk), starting compensation at $48 per hour, and license eligibility/AZ cross-licensure support.

Responsibilities include assessments, IEP collaboration, and direct therapy across articulation, language, fluency, and AAC. Teletherapy experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• ASHA certification required.
• Experience in K-12 settings and teletherapy preferred.
• Proficient with pediatric assessment tools and therapy techniques.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of AAC systems and assistive technology preferred.
• Passionate about virtual/remote service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech and language abilities.
• Develop individualized therapy plans and goals.
• Provide direct therapy targeting articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatics.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support goals.
• Incorporate evidence-based techniques into therapy sessions.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Document sessions and progress accurately.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input.
