E-Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide remote services to K-12 students in Pennsylvania. The role emphasizes flexible caseload building and a start date ASAP, with competitive compensation starting at $48/hour, commensurate with experience.

Ideal candidates hold a Master's in SLP, state licensure, ASHA certification, and experience in teletherapy. Collaboration with teachers and families is key to student growth in communication skills.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Current ASHA certification required
• Experience in K-12 or pediatric settings preferred
• Teletherapy experience preferred
• Familiarity with AAC systems and assistive technology

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication abilities.
• Develop individualized therapy plans and goals based on assessment results and students' needs.
• Provide direct therapy services targeting articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatics.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support goals.
• Incorporate evidence-based techniques and activities into sessions.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Document sessions and progress reports accurately.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on needs.
