Job summary

E-Therapy is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to support PreK-12 students remotely in West Virginia. This 100% remote role offers flexible hours, a starting rate of $48/hour, and ASHA-certified requirements, with licensure eligibility as needed.

You will perform assessments, design therapy plans, deliver direct teletherapy, collaborate with teachers and families, document progress, and attend IEP meetings to improve students' communication skills and overall growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• State licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP.
• Current ASHA certification required.
• Experience with teletherapy is preferred.
• Experience in school or pediatric settings.
• Knowledge of AAC and assistive technology is preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication abilities.
• Develop individualized therapy plans and goals based on assessment results and students' needs.
• Provide direct therapy services to students, targeting articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatic skills.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support students' communication goals.
• Incorporate evidence-based techniques into therapy sessions and monitor progress.
• Document therapy sessions, progress reports, and relevant information accurately.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on students' speech and language needs.
