Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is seeking experienced Speech-Language Pathologists to provide high-quality, school-based services through our growing remote therapy program. This fully remote role supports students in multiple states and collaborates with teachers and IEP teams.

Requirements include a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, California and other state licensure, and a strong teletherapy background. Competitive salary with full benefits and ongoing professional development are offered.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities for working with students, families, teachers, and IEP teams.
• Ability to manage remote therapy logistics and documentation.
• Comfort with virtual platforms and data-driven progress tracking.

Responsibilities

• Provide ethically and legally defensible school-based speech-language services through a remote delivery model.
• Conduct assessments and develop comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and provide services aligned with student needs.
• Collaborate with students, parents, teachers, administrators, and IEP teams.
• Recommend service delivery modifications, accommodations, and strategies to support student success.
• Maintain accurate therapy documentation, data collection, attendance records, and service logs.
• Participate in multidisciplinary collaboration and other clinical or special projects as assigned.
