Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our remote school-based program. You will provide compliant, evidence-based SLP services to students across multiple states via teletherapy, collaborating with families, teachers, and IEP teams.

You'll assess students, develop IEP goals, implement therapy plans, and document progress in a timely manner. A Master's in SLP and state licensure are required, with multi-state licensure a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Active California SLP license to serve CA students and a current state SLP license.
• Experience in school-based settings and teletherapy is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide ethically and legally defensible school-based speech-language services through a remote delivery model.
• Conduct assessments and develop comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and provide services aligned with student needs.
• Collaborate with students, parents, teachers, administrators, and IEP teams.
• Maintain accurate therapy documentation and service logs.
