SPG Therapy & Education is seeking Speech-Language Pathologists for fully remote, school-based positions in California for the 2026-2027 year. Applicants must hold a CA SLP license and have teletherapy and tele-assessment experience in CA schools, with a master’s in SLP.

Salary ranges from $77,000 to $90,000 and includes robust benefits. SPG emphasizes clinician mentoring, ongoing CEUs, and strong collaboration with families and IEP teams to support child outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current California SLP license required.
• Experience in California school settings is preferred.
• Demonstrated teletherapy and tele-assessment experience.
• Fingerprint background and TB clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ethically and legally defensible California school-based services.
• Perform appropriate assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and IEP teams regarding service delivery modifications.
• Maintain daily therapy logs, data collection, and attendance records.
• Write IEP goals aligned with Common Core State Standards.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
