Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists for a fully remote, school-based role for the 2026-2027 year. Texas license required, teletherapy experience preferred, and prior California school experience is valued.

You will conduct ethically defensible services, write evaluation reports, collaborate with families, teachers, and IEP teams, maintain logs and data, and develop IEP goals aligned with CCSS. The position offers mentoring, ongoing CEUs, and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current Texas SLP license.
• Experience in California school settings.
• Demonstrated teletherapy and tele-assessment experience.
• Fingerprint background and TB clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ethically and legally defensible California school-based services.
• Conduct appropriate assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and IEP teams regarding service delivery modifications and generalization of skills.
• Maintain daily therapy logs, data collection, and attendance registers.
• Write IEP goals aligned with Common Core State Standards.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
