SPG Therapy & Education is seeking experienced Speech-Language Pathologists to provide high-quality, school-based services through our growing remote therapy program. This is a remote, multi-state opportunity serving California, Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada, and more.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current California SLP license to service CA students.
• Current SLP license/authorization in the state of residence for remote services.
• Ability to maintain licenses and credentials required for remote practice.
• School-based SLP experience preferred.
• Teletherapy/tele-assessment experience preferred.
• Strong technology skills for virtual delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based speech-language services through a remote delivery model.
• Conduct assessments and develop evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and provide services aligned with student needs.
• Collaborate with students, families, teachers, administrators, and IEP teams.
• Recommend service delivery modifications and strategies to support student success.
• Maintain accurate therapy documentation and service logs.
• Participate in multidisciplinary collaboration and other clinical projects.
