Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is seeking experienced Speech-Language Pathologists to provide high-quality, school-based services through our growing remote therapy program. This position offers the flexibility of working remotely across multiple states, with collaboration among students, families, teachers, and IEP teams.

You'll conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and deliver evidence-based services while receiving mentorship, supervision, and professional development from SPG.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current California SLP license to provide services to California students.
• Current SLP license/authorization in the state where you reside.
• Ability to maintain all required licenses and credentials remotely.
• Previous school-based SLP experience preferred.
• Previous teletherapy and/or tele-assessment experience preferred.
• Strong technology skills and comfort providing services through a virtual platform.
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
• Fingerprint background clearance and TB clearance as required.
• Multi-State Licensure is a Plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide ethically and legally defensible school-based speech-language services through a remote delivery model.
• Conduct assessments and develop comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and provide services aligned with student needs.
• Collaborate with students, parents, teachers, administrators, and IEP teams.
• Recommend service delivery modifications, accommodations, and strategies to support student success.
• Maintain accurate therapy documentation, data collection, attendance records, and service logs.
• Participate in multidisciplinary collaboration and other clinical or special projects as assigned.
