Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is seeking experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide high-quality, school-based services through our growing remote therapy program. This role offers 100% remote work and collaboration with students, families, teachers, and IEP teams from anywhere in the United States.

Ideal candidates hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology with an Arizona license to serve Arizona students, and current licensure in their resident state.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active Arizona SLP license to serve Arizona students (ADHS/ADE) required.
• Current license/authorization in the state you reside; multi-state licensure a plus.
• Ability to maintain licensure remotely and comply with state regulations.
• School-based teletherapy/tele-assessment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based speech-language services remotely in a compliant manner.
• Conduct assessments and develop evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals aligned with student needs.
• Collaborate with students, families, teachers, and IEP teams.
• Recommend service delivery modifications and strategies to support student success.
• Maintain therapy documentation and service logs; ensure data collection is accurate.
• Participate in multidisciplinary collaboration and related projects.
